Progress in Maui: Bringing Hope Home

In the heart of Maui, something incredible is happening. Last week, our team members, Charlie Green, Director of HVAC at RevoluSun, Hans Harder, Director of Electrical at RevoluSun, and Eric Carlson, co-founder and CIO, visited the Ohana Hope Village project. Their purpose was to witness the progress firsthand and finalize installation methods for PV + storage systems and mini-split air conditioning units for the first home unit.

Exciting news - the first unit is just around the corner from being fully powered by the sun and Tesla PowerWalls! Installation is expected to take about three days, and we anticipate the first unit to be completed by the end of next week. It's a monumental step towards providing comfort and sustainability to the community.

We are also happy to report that the first 10 home units have been positioned on their concrete foundations, patiently awaiting the construction of kitchen, bathroom, and shower ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units). David Sellers, Principal Architect at Hi-Off Grid Architecture, estimates that each pod's ADUs will be completed in just four days, with RevoluSun's dedicated team following closely behind.
