Donation Spotlight: Sun Yoga Hawaii
We're delighted to express our deep gratitude to all our donors. Today we want to spotlight Michelle Santos, the Sun Yoga Teacher Trainer & Founder, and her Ohana at Sun Yoga Hawaii.
They have shown us the true power of community and compassion. They recently set up a remarkable fundraiser at their yoga studio that left our hearts full of gratitude. For one day, all the proceeds from their yoga classes were generously directed towards supporting our mission. It's through innovative and heartwarming initiatives like this that we can continue to make a difference.
Sun Yoga was born out of a profound desire to share the incredible, life-changing benefits of a consistent hot yoga practice served with love and compassion. But it doesn't stop there. Sun Yoga's mission goes beyond the physical practice. Their purpose is clear: to help every person they serve feel better and better from the inside out, every single day. And they do it with a generous serving of aloha, a beautiful spirit of love, peace, and compassion.
We are immensely thankful to Michelle Santos, Sun Yoga Hawaii, and everyone who contributed to their fundraiser. Your support goes a long way in helping us fulfill our mission, and it's a shining example of how a small community can create a big impact. Together, we can continue to bring positive change to the lives of many.
Quote from Michelle Santos-
“It was impressive to witness the immediate action to help the victims of the Maui wildfires while the majority felt paralyzed and in shock. I believe that what our Maui ohana need most right now is a place to live while they rebuild their lives.
It is our duty and honor to help our brothers and sisters as Theodore Roosevelt said: “Do what you can, with what you have, where you are.”
There is no greater fulfillment in life than to serve.” - Michelle Santos, Sun Yoga Teacher Trainer & Founder
